Police have come under attack by a crowd of about 100 people following fresh disturbances close to a sectarian flashpoint in Portadown, Co Armagh.
Petrol bombs, bricks, fireworks and other missiles were fired at police in the Corcrain Road and Charles Street areas on Friday night.It is not yet known if there are any injuries and police have advised motorists to avoid the area.
It is the latest in a series of disturbances across the region.
On Wednesday, 26 people were arrested during rioting in nationalist areas of north and south Belfast and Londonderry following the 12 July Orange Order parades.
And on Monday night, 22 police officers were injured during rioting in several nationalist areas of west and north Belfast.
The violence has occurred during the height of the traditional marching season.
